At cellular-2k Ltd make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of items. Depending on the size and destination of the order, goods are delivered either by Royal Mail or a courier company. 

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are  in their original packaging and condition.

Please enclose a letter with your reason for return and the preferred course of action. It is recommended you return item by recorded/registered delivery. Retain your proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
